As an Office Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to support various office and marketing activities and ensure the efficient functioning of the company. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing general support to the team. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Coordinate various organisational tasks: setting up timelines for various projects, monitor the progress of these tasks, and make adjustments to the plan as needed. Office manager must be are able to effectively coordinate tasks and ensure that the organisation runs smoothly.
Provide our clients with the information they need and building strong relationships with our clients and helping them navigate our offer.
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns including managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, such as LN posts, Facebook posts TikTok videos, Youtube materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights and support marketing strategies.
Coordinate and manage marketing events, including online conferences, and webinars.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website, and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and other digital marketing channels.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing analysis and insights to optimize marketing performance.
Manage the marketing department’s budget, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Support the marketing team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Stay updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.
Experience in coordination or administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient in project management tools, and social media platforms.
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights and decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
