Our company is seeking a Digitalization Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in business operations. The Digitalization Manager will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement digital strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
As a Digitalization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that align with organizational goals. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitalization across all business functions and processes. You will also be responsible for managing digital projects, including budgeting, resourcing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
Identify opportunities for digitalization across all business functions and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop project plans
Manage digital projects, including budgeting, resourcing, and scheduling
Lead cross-functional teams in executing digital projects, ensuring that team members are completing their work on time and to the expected quality level
Monitor project progress and identify and address risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
Communicate project status to stakeholders on a regular basis, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues
Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Continuously improve digitalization methodologies and processes to ensure that digital projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in business operations
Proven experience as a Digitalization Manager or similar role, managing large-scale digital transformation projects
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
